Delivery for insulating glass supplier- Dragon Glass
This is one of our deliveries for the IGU glass unit, Dragon Glass as a professional insulated glass supplier, sends almost 6,700 SQM Low E IGUs for a commercial building in the Philippines.
All glass passed third-party inspection and was then delivered to the client’s hand, now all is completed installation, they have another two projects that are bidding, and we hope can help them to get this project to work next year.

Here is one of our projects in Mid America, the light blue reflective laminated insulating glass of 6+12A+8.38mm, Dragon Glass is a professional insulating glass supplier in China, after 4-6 weeks of production, our customers come to our factory to see the quality, 100% passed from their sides.
This is a project for a hospital in Mid America, all for IGU glass facade surface, which needs around 4,500 SQM, at the beginning, the owner wanted to use the glass from Pilkington IGU insulated glass unit, but their budget was limited and needed a similar effects from Pilkington.
Dragon Glass overcame various challenges, we ultimately assisted the end customers in finding the best color and configuration of igu glass panels, and the customers were ultimately satisfied and placed their orders with us.
The left side is for a windows supplier in Europe, they use frosted IGU very often, and the combination is 4+16A+4mm, For this order they use the glass for over 8,600 SQM but deliver separately.
It’s a complex purchasing for us because there are over 40 different dimensions of IGU glass panels, but the price needs to be very competitive, after considering on dimensions and talking many times about improving the float glass cost, we provided a good price for our clients, even though finally we can not get a good benefit, but we still maintain a good relationship with them.
No matter what kind of requirements from our clients, if it’s worth it for both sides, we will do our best to help.
This is for a client in Vietnam, they use around 2300 SQM for residential buildings, and all use 5+9A+5mm insulated low e glass unit from Dragon Glass.
This project has special requirements for packing, considering there is so much dust at the installation site, they need our help to use protective film to protect the glass, which serves the function of dust prevention and scratch protection.

So many clients ask how giant size of glass we can do, the maximum length of IGUs we have done is 9 meters in length, and 2.7m in width, but our maximum size at 3,300×18,000mm, the photo shows is 2023 new delivery, 2700x5200mm, even though the size not very large, but this can demonstrate our capability to process oversized glass products.

Here is one of the deliveries for the ceramic frit insulated glass unit we finished this year, it’s for a skylight project in the Philippines, the area has around 1500 SQM, and the combination is 10+16A+13.52mm Low E IGU with ceramic frit processing, Heat soak test glass, all use dots pattern on it, make the glass decorative and high performance on heat reduction. It’s a good option for modern skylights.
